Nik is an expert in designing and delivering customer strategies that ensure future visions are inspirational, relevant and implementable. As of Head of Customer Experience at HS2 he developed new approaches that are shaping the vision for a new standard in rail travel.

At Virgin Atlantic he headed up the aircraft customer experience team, responsible for the on-board services.
