Stakeholder engagement in the water sector

Journey4 have been appointed by Tilbury Douglas to review stakeholder relationships on a major capital delivery contract within the water sector in the UK.

Tilbury Douglas is a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit out company. The Infrastructure Division has its main contracts in Utilities and in Highways, mainly with local authorities. As part of a operational review of its contracts in the current regulatory period and looking forward to the next regulatoy period (Amp8) Journey4 have been appointed to review existing key stakeholder relationships on one of its major capital delivery contracts.

Creating effective working partnerships is recognised as a key requirement by utility providers and their contractors as they seek to deliver better outcomes for customers. We shall be celebrating success and identifiyng improvements that can be made to strengthen relationships that will facilitate the delivery of major capital programmes.
