We are excited to announce that, in partnership with risk management specialists The Natural Risk Company, we have developed a Smarter Working Re-Mobilisation Planning service to help businesses manage the transition, post lock down, to new operating models and working practices.
Our ‘Smarter Working’ initiative has identified that most people do not want to return to the old ways of working and that new hybrid models will be required to build on the learnings from the lockdown period.
As organisations prepare to reinstate efficient and manageable working practices within which employees feel they can be effective, connected and motivated, they will need to re-mobilise operations post lockdown carefully as there could be risks to business performance if this isn’t planned and delivered successfully. Businesses will also want to ensure that they review their processes to prepare for future risks from such extreme events as Covid-19.
