Journey4 is delighted to announce the appointment of Graham Shorter, who has joined the company as Managing Consultant.
Graham is a strategic planning and transformation Director with over 20 years’ commercial experience, primarily in the rail sector, and also the financial and professional services sector. Most recently Graham was the Director of Strategic Planning at Northern Trains, where he was responsible for the development of a long term strategic Customer Driven Business Model, for business planning, and for establishing a new strategic planning team.
Graham has previously operated as the Programme Director and Transformation lead for the delivery of Northern’s £1bn rail investment plan and has worked extensively with Arriva as Strategic Projects Director, leading on a range of complex, high value, multi-disciplinary programmes.
Graham also spent 4 years as the Head of Corporate Development with the Serco/Abellio joint venture accountable for strategic planning, development of annual business plans and responsible for enterprise risk management processes. Previously Graham has held a number of internal audit roles as well as operating as an Audit Manager with PwC.
