Operational and Managment Consultancy Services in Utilities

Journey4 are excited to announce that we have been awarded a place on Cadent’s Operational and Management Consultancy Services framework.

In the last 3 years, Cadent’s operational business has introduced a network aligned operating model that brings decision making and customer ownership closer to the front line. Journey4 will be providing our support in delivering future efficiency across the operational business. The 3 year framework agreement will enable Cadent’s operational business to deliver new ways of working that drive further success for Cadent throughout the current regulatory period and into the next.

Journey4 will be providing services across the following activities.

Process and system development / change

Organisational change

Process management

Application development / management

Change readiness
