Journey4 is delighted to announce that it has been appointed by Northern Trains Ltd (Northern) to support the business following the transfer of ownership from private to public hands in March 2020.
Over the past three months the new Northern leadership team has conducted a 100-day review with an emphasis on re-establishing a full and reliable train service, growing capacity and delivering numerous improvements for passengers.
Now this review has been completed, the business has established its vision for the future and is in the process of translating the initiatives that underpin this into a consolidated delivery programme.
Journey4, a recognized leader in customer driven growth and transformation, is providing technical advisory and programme management services to build the delivery programme and engage with key stakeholders. The team is led by experienced rail management consultant and Journey4 Senior Associate, Marianne Kilpatrick.
“Journey4 are experts in customer-led change and transformation and we were impressed by their detailed knowledge and track record of delivery in the rail sector, which will be very helpful as we develop our delivery programme” said Emma Yates, Programme Director for Northern.
