Journey4 Strengthens People and Performance Teams

We are delighted to welcome two new Associates to Journey4 who further strengthen our People and Performance management capability.

Sue Evans is an experienced Lean-Sigma Consultant and Trainer.  She’s embedded Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement helping organisations to double productivity and has delivered £multi-million improvement portfolios.

Sue’s specialises in improving performance, while developing the in-house capabilities to make improvements continuous.

Helen Irwin is a strategic HR consultant, with expertise in change management and transformation programmes. A creative thinker who is experienced in managing complex and large-scale projects within unionised and non-unionised organisations.

Helen works collaboratively to build effective relationships to identify solutions and achieve results.
