Journey4 strengthens Customer and Performance Management Team

We are delighted to welcome two new Associates to Journey4 who further strengthen our Customer and Performance Management capability.

Nik Lusardi brings a wealth of customer experience design and implementation skills developed with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. He was formerly the Head Of Customer Experience at HS2 where he helped shape the vision for a new standard in rail travel.

Tuoyo James is an experienced Programme Management consultant supporting transformation projects across Transport, Healthcare and the Public Sector.

We are proud to attract the quality of consultants like Nik and Tuoyo to Journey4 and we look forward to working with them as we continue to grow and develop the business.
