Following a period of sustained growth Journey4 are delighted to welcome Jess Marsh to strengthen our People management capability.
Jess is a strategic people consultant, with a passion for creating solutions that deliver long term benefits. Jess has a broad skillset across human resource management, with senior level experience in both the private and public sectors and within unionised and non-unionised environments.
Jess is currently engaged on several public sector engagements, delivered through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework 3 (MCF3) Lot5-HR. The CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. The Framework is open to all Government Departments, Local Authorities, and arm’s length bodies including Emergency Services and Charities.
