Following a period of sustained growth Journey4 are delighted to welcome Lewis Webb to strengthen our Customer capability.

Lewis has over 20 years experience in delivering transformational projects and communications strategies, across the UK, EMEA, and globally. From tech giants and start-ups to regulated multi-nationals and public sector organisations, he has extensive experience in leading programmes which align values and communications with customer challenges, needs, and behaviours. Lewis brings board-level consultancy experience from previous roles, and takes a considered and creative approach to every project, bringing valuable and insightful counsel in an increasingly complex customer landscape.
