Journey4 Selected to Mobilise Amey Severn Trent Capital Contract

Journey4 are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to mobilise Amey’s new Capital Contract with Severn Trent.

Amey has been selected as one of Severn Trent’s partners to deliver their c£2bn capital programme for Asset Management Period (AMP) 7 from 2020 – 2025.

The mobilisation process will include developing and implementing a Mobilisation, Transition and Transformation (MTT) plan for the Capital Amp7 contract that is aligned to Amey’s group mobilisation process, the client requirements and contractual obligations.

Journey4 will appoint a Mobilisation Manager and manage the programme as part of the ongoing Amey ST Amp7 Transformation Programme.

Amey’s Severn Trent Capital Account Director, James Lawlor commented: “We are delighted to have secured our place on Severn Trent’s Amp7 capital programme and to be able to continue our long and successful relationship with Severn Trent.

Whilst we have worked on the Amp6 contract, we are very aware of the new requirements and standards we will have to meet in Amp7 and grateful that we have secured Journey4’s support in mobilising this critical contract.

Journey4 have over 15 years’ experience in contract mobilisation in business outsourcing and this, coupled with their knowledge and experience of Amey and our Severn Trent contract will be of great value to me and my team as we mobilise for and transition into the new Amp cycle.”
