Journey4 celebrates its 20th Anniversary
We are proud to announce that it is our 20th anniversary, and we would like to express our sincere thanks to all our clients, staff and associates who have work with the business since 2002.
The business was originally founded with the purpose of helping service organisations improve outcomes for their customers. Its founders were (and remain) passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping organisations achieve alignment with customer expectations throughout their business operations.
Journey4 ethos is centred around customer and their expectations and the people that deliver the service. These are two sides of the same coin. Throughout the past 20 years we have worked with our clients, doing change with them rather than to them. We aim to build our clients capability not ours.
Jonathan Booth, founder of Journey4 commented; “I started the business almost out of frustration with the quality of consultants that I hired as a client. I knew that there was a better way, and we focus on proving quality experienced consultants who add real value to our clients. I would like to thank all our clients who have supported the business over the past 20 years, many of whom have recommended us to other organisations”.
Today the business operates across the transport, utilities, healthcare and government markets.
