Chief People Officer joins Journey4

Journey4 is delighted to announce the appointment of Maggie Langford, who has joined the company as Managing Consultant.

Maggie is a dynamic & engaging People Director with more than 25 years experience across B2C and B2B organisations in various sectors, leading people strategy, organisational development, cultural & behavioural change & business transformation.

She has been a trusted advisor to CEO’s & Boards on all aspects of people & organisation strategy and has a strong record in developing workplace culture to create effective organisations and great places to work. She has built HR functions & led on key initiatives to enhance brand value, improve effectiveness and the employee & customer experience.

Maggie has held key roles working with senior leadership teams in business transformations, following multi-site restructuring, acquisitions and mergers, integrations, closures, and Tupe transfers. She is collaborative in approach and brings focus  particularly during periods of disruption, uncertainty, or new beginnings.

Prior to joining Journey4 she held two interim roles, most recently Chief People Officer at Huws Gray, and also People Director at Cost Cutter Group. Other recent roles include the Group HR Director at Private Equity backed Ainscough Crane Hire where she led People strategy and HR leadership.
