Amey STW customer-driven transformation

Journey4 have been appointed to support Amey STW with the customer-driven transformation of their Severn Trent Water contracts. We are delighted to be involved in such an important project, helping Amey to meet the requirements of their client and the regulator Ofwat as they look towards the Amp7 contract period.

Journey4 are leading the Customer Experience and People, Engagement and Culture workstreams, as well as supporting the development of the overall implementation plan and coaching the leadership team through the change process.
