Journey4 has successfully completed the first year of the Amey ST transformation programme. In this time, they have introduced a new business operating model, implemented 46 improvement projects and delivered £1m in-year savings, (equivalent to £5m over a three-year period).
Measures to improve productivity led to a 15% headcount reduction and improvements in operational performance. Employee engagement levels were maintained throughout thanks to significantly improved employee involvement and communication.
