Journey4 has been awarded a place on Cadent’s Operational and Management Services Framework.

This 3-year Framework will support the delivery of future efficiency across the operational business. These services will enable Cadent’s operational business to deliver new ways of working / operating that drive further success for Cadent throughout the remainder of the current regulatory period and into the next.

Our experience

We are specialists in customer-driven transformation, supporting utility providers improve performance by placing the customer at the centre of their organisation. Formed in 2002 we have worked across the utilities sector facilitating the development of people and organisational change strategies and interventions to improve customer experience.
