Department for Transport (DfT) STARThree Framework (STAR3)

Journey4 has been awarded a place on the Department for Transport (DfT) STARThree Framework (STAR3).

The framework is for specialist technical and commercial advice for rail and other transport modes and is a 4-year agreement worth £600m.

The DfT’s aim was to procure the very best expertise available in the marketplace to support their rail and other transport modes, major programmes, projects, and other activities. They wished to develop the depth and variety of their supply chain and attract a range of different sized organisations, including SME’s.

“Journey4 acted as partners in the truest sense, with a real focus on building the relationships with my team and me. The strategy Journey4 developed with us has stood the test of time and continues to deliver a positive impact for the north of England.”
